Yoga as Preventive Health Care

  • Moderation in eating (Yogic diet)

  • Physical and Mental Health Wellbeing

  • Surya namaskar, Padmasana, Vagrasana, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Paschimottasana, Janusirasana, Bhujangasana, Naukusana, Shavasana, Pranayama and OM meditation
